How it works:

• Send me an email/booking form or WhatsApp about your initial ideas for your trip.
• I will reply with a comprehensive email with a series of questions and several suggestions.
• Then book an initial 30-minute call to discuss the options and narrow down your preferences.
• After the call, if you are happy to proceed, I will send a link for you to pay a GBP295.00 consultation fee.
• I will then work on two different itinerary options including logistics, recommended experiences and hotels according to your budget.
• Then via email or further chats we can tweak the options to ensure the holiday is planned to perfection.
• If you are an independent traveller, once your itinerary is finalised, I will ensure that you have the contacts that you need to make the experience and hotel bookings and will also share Indian Experiences comprehensive travel notes.
• Should you wish to book the holiday directly with Indian Experiences, we will deduct the GBP295.00 from your final invoice amount.
